Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before engaging in coaching services with SEEYOUMVMENT ("Coach," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your relationship with us concerning coaching services and any related transactions.

1. Client Responsibilities:

a. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your personal circumstances, goals, and preferences to facilitate effective coaching sessions.

b. You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment, and you agree to seek such assistance if needed.

c. You agree to actively participate in coaching sessions, complete assigned tasks or exercises, and communicate openly with the Coach.

2. Coach Responsibilities:

a. We agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information disclosed during coaching sessions, except as required by law or where permission is granted by you.

b. We agree to provide professional coaching services in accordance with the highest ethical standards and to the best of our abilities.

c. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching sessions, as individual progress may vary.

3. Financial Transactions:

a. Payment for coaching services shall be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and schedule.

b. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement between the parties.

c. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Withdrawal and Cancellation:

a. Clients may withdraw from coaching services at any time, subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

b. Cancellation of scheduled sessions requires 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.

c. We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if a client engages in unlawful behavior, violates these Terms, or poses a risk to themselves or others.

5. Limitation of Liability:

a. In no event shall the Coach be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the coaching services or these Terms.

b. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, internet disruptions, or technical failures.

6. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Amendments:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our coaching services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
